An event isn't just an entry on the calendar. It's a statement about what the place is, conveyed through the space itself rather than through text.
We plan and execute events—press releases, grand openings, parties, and everything in between—and handle the media outreach surrounding them. But what determines whether an opening takes off is rarely the guest list. It’s the story.
When Charles was set to open at the Strand Hotel, we had a rooftop bar that had been hidden from the public and a view of half the city. That story didn’t need to be shouted from the rooftops; it needed to be discovered—and Charles had already made a name for itself among Stockholmers before the first drink had even been served. When the Brasserie Group opened Ricordi, we managed the grand opening and launch as a whole, from the guest list to press relations, and the restaurant gained momentum that was evident both in reservations and in the media.
The difference between the two wasn't the budget. It was what we chose to mention first.
We handle every step of the process: concept, production, press materials, contacts, the event itself—and the days that follow, when the event’s legacy lives on in media channels and calendars. After all, a launch is only worth anything if it keeps bringing in reservations well into March.
