A restaurant's website has one purpose: to make people want to go there. Everything else is just window dressing.
We build websites and digital campaigns from start to finish—from concept and design to production, technical implementation, and development. We handle everything in-house, which means that the decisions made during the concept phase aren’t compromised during development.
What sets this industry apart from others is that guests have often already made up their minds before they arrive. They book a table on their phone—late at night, on the go—while three other restaurants are open in other tabs. In that case, loading time, visuals, and sound aren’t design issues. They’re sales issues.
For Chambre, we built the website and sales materials for a brand that sells discretion: the design couldn’t be flashy, but it still had to be persuasive. For the Opera House, the task was the opposite—to make it easy for guests and event planners to navigate among four strong brands under one roof.
Same discipline, different answers. A website shouldn’t look like an agency’s portfolio. It should look like the place it describes—and work just as well at 11 p.m. on a slow connection as it does during a design meeting.
